Easy Oat NOT Meatloaf

It’s not your grandma’s meatloaf but it taste just as good and is better for you!

•Easy Oat Not meatloaf recipe•


1 package of Easy Oat Burger mix

1 large celery rib

1 cup baby Bella mushrooms

1 jalapeño pepper

1/2 red bell pepper

1/2 red onion



Pre-heat over to 375


Finely chop all your veggies and sauté with a little salt and butter just until the mushrooms are no longer raw.


Add water, oil and soy sauce alternative of choice in the same pot as the sautéed veggies (measurements as listed on the Easy Oat Burger mix instructions).


Bring to full boil and dump Easy Oat Burger mix in. Stir well and cut off the heat immediately. Cover and let sit for ONLY 5 mins.


After the 5 mins, STIR WELL then spoon the mix into a lined loaf pan (we used parchment paper). Smooth the top and add your glaze of choice (barbecue sauce, ketchup, etc.) Our glaze was a combination of ketchup, maple syrup, parsley flakes and garlic powder all to taste.


Bake in the oven for 60 minutes.


Once out of the oven allow to cool in the pan on a cooling rack (so there is no condensation on the bottom) for 30 mins.


Once cooled, take your delicious loaf out of the pan, remove the parchment paper, slice and enjoy with your favorite sides.
